Sought profiles
The members of the board of directors play an essential role in the development and sustainability of CRCD. Individually or collectively, they must possess skills related to its areas of activity. For more information, see the collective profile.
With a view to responsible governance, the board of directors is committed to identifying the three candidates most likely to contribute to CRCD's mission and strategic objectives. It also ensures diversity in terms of experience, skills, gender, and regional representation.
Shareholders who meet the sought profiles are invited to submit their applications.
Analysis and recommendation
Candidates seeking to apply must complete a form detailing their skills and experience. This information allows shareholders and the board of directors to properly evaluate each profile.
The Governance and Outreach Committee analyzes all applications and recommends three nominees to the board of directors. These recommendations are used to guide the exercise of proxies received without voting instructions. When making its selection, the committee considers the collective profile to ensure that the board of directors is diverse, balanced, and complementary.
Consultation
The list of candidates is included in the notice of meeting. Their profiles are available, in French only, on this website during the election period.
Election
The election results will be announced at the annual general meeting and then published on this page in the following days.
